The Southern Virginia Vehicle Motion Labs have been making competitors in sports car racing and other mainstream motorsports faster for years. Now, a division of The Global Center for Automotive Performance Simulation, known simply as SoVa Motion, is getting into a new segment of motorsports — short-track racing.

For years, much of SoVa Motion’s business came from automotive OEMs.  Now Frank Della Pia, executive director of the Global Center for Automotive Performance Simulation, is focusing his troops on a new exciting customer base.

Short-track racing — dirt-track racing in particular — is an untapped markets for this technology.
